50 seconds in for lazy people.

For those who don't know, John Cleese is a famous UK comedian. Most known for Monty Python's Flying Circus but has also appeared in a number of Hollywood films and TV such as Shrek 2, Rat Race, Die Another Day, Will and Grace, Cheers.

He also did voicework for Fable and Jade Empire.

How does it make you feel that he is loudly mocking the president and his fanbase while collecting US Paychecks?

I mean I've thankfully not met any Trump supporters irl, but seeing as they basically act like robots programmed to praise Trump I wouldn't be surprised.

I doubt John Cleese has a huge following among Trump-voters. He's probably made most of his (american) bank from liberals and independents. Trump voters are more likely into Larry the Cable Guy or Tim Allen.

This is probably very true as Cleese has always been openly anti-religion (since before it was cool) which I expect rubs a lot of Trump's base at least sterotypically, the wrong way.

John Cleese is 100% correct. I know a few Trump supporters, and their lack of information/education and proclivity toward fake news is really embarrassing. Their facebook feeds are unintentionally funny, though.

Trump voters are not necessarily Trump supporters. A large portion of both Trump and Hillary voters voted purely because the other person was worse in their minds. I don't consider Trump voters to be stupid. People that follow his every word, come up with constant damage control, say "take that libruls", and perform mental gymnastics to justify everything he does though...

I'm sure there are some reasonable and intelligent Trump supporters out there. Though, I think they probably suffer from cognitive dissonance.

However, on a personal level, I have not met a Trump supporter that I would describe as intelligent or even educated beyond a high school degree.

It's like no one learned anything from the last election. You'd think that after Trump won, people would step back and think, " what should we do ensure he doesn't get back in and we don't ever have a repeat of this election?" But no, it's "Trump supporters are stupid" or they're bigoted or whatever. Like insulting them is going to win them over.

Honestly, I'm tempted to start a Twitter movement of "I'm going to vote for Trump and get him elected, AGAIN, unless you adhere to my pending demands!" just to make a point that there's a spiteful group that won't put up with this culture. (Really I just want the electoral votes to operate like how it is in the primaries, this is more so directed to politicians and how the Democratic Party handled themselves)

Yes, like I said, because of his ridiculous personality. It was hard to imagine the American people voting for someone who was that immature and that unqualified. It rarely had to do with the specifics of his policies. although I'll grant you that maybe sometimes people scoffed at his policies because they didn't believe someone like him had any idea what he was talking about.

This is the type of group I'm talking about. Between the constant insulting of Berniebros, and how it was revealed that the DNC favored Clinton so that no other candidate had a chance ( the superdelegates committing to her from the start limited the amount of delegates you could win from a state), Clinton and the Democratic Party burned a ton of bridges that would have sealed her win. They'd be the target audience and the most likely to join the hypothetical movement I mentioned as this gives them a safer platform to be honest about defecting to Trump so they can be acknowledged for their votes.
