There are more wealthy whites than wealthy blacks... a lot more. They see us as welfare queens and thugs and gangbangers. If they raised taxes on the rich and helped the poor it would represent a transfer of wealth from white to black, and they can't abide that. About 75% of their ideology comes down to keeping Caucasians on top of the totem pole.

You think Ginsberg won't last through the current republican disaster? Lol

If she somehow makes it through the next 3 years of Trump, I doubt she makes it through the 4 after that. :^)

She's actually in pretty decent health for someone in their 80s. She goes to the gym regularly and she can bench 90 pounds!

Also there have been rumors flying that Kennedy is planning on retiring soon. Although he's no where near as far left as Ginsburg, he is left leaning on many issues.

What do you expect to happen with a left-leaning majority SC? What are you afraid of?

Heller v D.C. was a major indicator of the dangers of a liberal justice system.

Heller v D.C. was a decision that was decided by one vote that citizens of D.C. had the right to own a firearm in their home. Since it was a constitutional question if it had gone the way of liberal interpretation it would have effectively killed the second amendment.

Yet you're participating in a topic that is dumping on Republicans based off of a poll you haven't denounced or said it may not be true.

I also never explicitly said I disagreed with it. I'll have to do some more research.

You just get defensive and combative when information you don't like to see is presented to you.
