I won't deny it, he is charismatic. Hell, someone I know has met him and says he's really personable (this person is a liberal and met him years before the election) and interesting.
It's just that he seems so hateful. Bragging about sexual assault isn't cool, telling cops to be rough with suspects isn't cool, trying to build a wall that will be a waste of money AND ineffective since illegal immigration isn't from that kind of thing isn't cool, his constant need to lie about things that can easily be verified isn't cool, the constant attacks of the media, democrats, and republicans isn't cool, taking away of certain abortion rights/funds isn't cool, threatening other politicians for not doing what he wants isn't cool, the removing of certain rights given to gay and trans individuals isn't cool, etc., etc. I wanted to like him. I have a couple friends who voted for him, so we talked before last Nov. about him. Thing is, they regret it now. The fact that I'm a gay latino is another thing, it's personal. But even still, I hoped he wouldn't be this bad. I was wrong. At least he's incompetent and is giving the Left a much-needed push, hopefully we don't have another Supreme Court stolen from us before he's out.

Hillary Clinton might claim to be a Christian, but she goes along with almost every demographic except Christians. Jill Stein is, well, she's Jill Stein.

- He is prone to lashing out at people who don't listen or agree with him, often publically - Immature - Treats the Presidency like a dictatorship - Has almost no knowledge of his actual powers and the legislative/judicial process, and has displayed little desire to learn - Corrupt - Used absolutely despicable rhetoric to get himself elected - Quite possibly the most hypocritical man I've ever seen in my entire life - Shameless self-promoter He's charismatic at times, and apparently friendly in person but I find it hard to look at that, then look at the other examples of his personality and think "yeah this is a good guy right here"

If he was still just a troll on Twitter, then I probably wouldn't care that much. But he is supposed to be the leader of this country, and he is not at all serious about the responsibilities he has. He's a bottomless black hole of nothing, swallowing up every bit of competence in his wake.

How is he corrupt in a way every other recent politician was not? What is especially despicable about his rhetoric? Is it not equally despicable of his opposition to continually call him a Nazi without cause? Aren't all politicans self-promoters? Your criticisms of him read like someone who read one HuffPo article about him and didn't bother to look into any of it. Which is especially weird, considering how much you talk about politics. |

Some of us don't want manchildren who s***post on Twitter, struggle to form coherent sentences and need constant positive reinforcement to be one of the most powerful world leaders. Honestly, I wouldn't want someone who acts like that and shares my political views to be President either.
