This is true. Most people who have good parents and other advantages don't even end up as millionaires. Trump started out with nothing and fought tooth and nail and became a billionaire pretty early in his life.

I'm not a fan of the guy, but he did manage to squeeze into the White House while publically talking shit all over the place and being one of the most hated US presidential candidates ever.
That's no small feat in this global multi-media decade. Despite what political critics can't accept, pulling off what Trump has still requires some functional brain cells. And regardless of his presidency, he's going to still be exceptionally well off after his terms. There's not really any significant lost victories there...
